We are a hands on firm that primarily focuses on commercial projects that include historic renovations, tenant build-outs, corporate offices, retail spaces, clinical, hospitality, and military/government projects; both new construction and renovation projects.
We offer interior design services assisting clients with their needs for both interior & exterior construction finish selections. Whether an existing building finish refresh, a complete renovation, or a new construction project, we work with clients to bring their interior design vision to fruition; balancing aesthetics with the owner’s budget. Additionally, we offer consultation services for furniture design.
Robbins Design has extensive experience in adaptive reuse and historic renovation projects. We enjoy the challenge of these older structures and the process of bringing them back to life as integral parts of their surrounding communities.
Robbins Design offers space planning and test-fit development for property managers, owners, and potential lease holders to determine the viability of a project for development. This includes code analysis for the intended occupancy, square footage analysis (including BOMA Calculations), and the development of test-fit floor plans that can be used to develop a client’s budget.
Robbins Design has extensive experience in the development of tenant improvement projects: from healthcare clinics, special education schools, corporate and administrative offices, call centers, retail, and restaurant spaces.
We offer program development services that assist clients in determining their goals and needs for future project implementation. This includes evaluation of existing facilities and program operations or assistance in the development of new concepts, which can be translated into a square footage / space analysis plan.
We offer Construction Administration services assisting Owners through the construction phase of a project following completion of Design. This can include construction budget review, bid review, response to contractor questions, submittals review, pay application review, periodic site visits, and punch list development.
In coordination with Program Development, we offer Master Planning services to assist clients in developing their long-term project goals and in the establishment of priorities for phases of design and construction.
